Early Life
Born in Lviv in the summer of 1966 he was already shocked from the very beginning by what was happening in the world - soviet space probe Venera 3 crashes on Venus, becoming the first spacecraft to land on another planet's surface (can't hold my laugh here), Brezhnev becomes General Secretary of the Soviet Union and Fiat signs a contract with soviets to build the first factory on their territory.

Nevertheless, Taras had peaceful childhood and was loved by both his parents - Vira and Liubomyr.
